I love scallops. They're amazing. I really do love them. I've never actually cooked them before though! I see people screw them up so often on Hell's Kitchen or other shows that I guess I've become afraid of trying.
Well, no longer. Last night I cooked up this simple and delicious stir fry featuring scallops, baby bok choy, red peppers, and a delicious Asian-style sauce over rice. Simple, pretty cheap, and IT HAD SCALLOPS! I'm eating it for lunch as I write this. yum.
