OK - DROP WHAT YOU'RE DOING RIGHT NOW.
Now, go to the grocery store and buy a pint (about 2 cups) of your favourite ice cream. Also pick up some self-rising flour if you don't have any at home.
Then go home; you don't need anything else. Unless you don't have a bread pan... if not, get one of those too.
Let your ice cream melt a bit, then mix it in a bowl with 1.5 cups of that flour you just got. Put the mixture in the bread pan, preheat your oven to 350F, and cook it for 40-45 minutes.
DONE. YOU JUST MADE CAKE. Or bread. Or cake. Like, 80% cake and 20% bread. Kind of a sweet bread. Anyway, it's amazing... and the easiest thing you'll ever bake, ever. Go try it! Now! Send me pictures!
