OPP have laid additional charges against two people in relation to a series of break-ins on the Bruce Peninsula in March.
During the weekend of March 23-25, Bruce Peninsula OPP and OPP Grey/Bruce Community Street Crime Unit were called to numerous break and enters at seasonal cottages and sheds in the Town of South Bruce Peninsula and Municipality of Northern Bruce Peninsula.
Police charged two people with offences related to the break and enters on March 27.
Grey/Bruce Community Street Crime Unit since executed a search warrant on a South Bruce Peninsula residence and seized a large amount of stolen property.
Police say as a result of the continuing investigation, additional charges have been laid against the accused.
Bruce Peninsula OPP say Christopher Bowman, 41, of South Bruce Peninsula is additionally charged with 13 counts of Possession Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000, 12 counts of Break, Enter a Place and one count of Theft Under $5,000.
Also facing more charges is a 28-year-old South Bruce Peninsula woman. Police say Kate Turner is facing 12 counts of Possession Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000, 11 counts of Break, Enter a Place.
