It looks like the snowfall has ended, but now it's onto to ice and heavy rains.
Environment Canada has issued freezing rain and heavy rainfall warnings for Grey Bruce.
Ice pellets are expected this morning before changing to freezing rain in the afternoon, which should persist for several hours.
The national weather service says power outages are possible due to ice buildup and strong northeast winds that will touch 70 km/h.
Dangerous icy road conditions are also expected to develop.
It will begin to warm up later tonight and the freezing stuff will turn to heavy downpour.
Environment Canada expects 20-25mm of rain tonight on the tail end of this afternoon's freezing rain.
The heavy rain could result in localized flooding in low lying areas.
