Grey County has received an application for a new subdivision in Thornbury.
A staff report to County Committee of the Whole August 11th says the proposed plan of subdivision called ’24 Albert Street’ is for 17 residential dwellings made up of eight semi-detached residential units and nine single detached residential units.
The proposed site is in west end of Thornbury with neighbouring residential lands to the north, east and south, and the Beaver Valley Community Centre and Arena, and more residential lands to the west.
Staff say a public meeting for the applications has been scheduled for September 19 at 1 p.m. In-person at Town Hall and Online via Microsoft Teams.
